ORDERING
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders are available and require:
• Uploaded sizing photos
• Inspiration photos or a detailed description of your vision
All custom sets require approval via DM or Email and pricing confirmation before checkout.

Can I rush my order?
At this time, rush orders are not available. Please plan accordingly before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details before checkout.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final due to custom sizing and hygiene standards.
SIZING
How do I know my nail size?
Sizing is required for every order. Before checkout, you must upload clear photos of:
• Both hands
• Thumbs included
• Hand placed flat next to a coin (no angles)
No sizing photo = no nails. Missing or unclear photos will delay your order.
Prefer to know your size ahead of time?
You can order a Sizing Kit for the most accurate fit.

What happens if I don’t upload sizing photos?
Orders without clear sizing photos (including thumbs next to a coin) will be delayed until photos are received.

What if my sizing photos are unclear or incorrect?
If photos are blurry, angled, or missing thumbs, we’ll request new ones. Processing time begins after correct photos are received.

What if my nails don’t fit?
If sizing photos were submitted correctly and there’s an issue with fit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

How long does processing & shipping take?
All sets are custom-made after your order is placed. Nothing is pre-made.
Processing time is 5–7 business days.
Custom or highly detailed sets may take longer.
Shipping time is calculated at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
At this time, all orders are shipped. Local pickup is not available unless stated otherwise.

How long do the nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-on nails last up to 2 weeks per wear and are fully reusable.

What comes in a nail set?
Each set includes:
• 10 custom-made nails
• Nail glue
• File
• Buffer / cuticle pusher
• Alcohol prep pad
Everything you need for an easy, secure application.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With proper removal and care, your set can be reused 2–3 times or more.

Are your nails safe for natural nails?
Yes. When applied and removed properly, press-on nails are non-damaging to natural nails.

How should I remove my nails?
Soak nails in warm, soapy water or use cuticle oil to gently lift.
Never force removal, as this can damage your natural nails.
