At Lush & Luvlee Nails, each set is handcrafted with love, care, and creativity. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

 

No Refunds or Exchanges

• All orders are made-to-order and/or customized to your sizing and design preferences.

 

Made to Order – What Does It Mean?

All nail sets are made to order. This means nails are not pre-made or stocked. Production begins only after an order is placed, which is why all sales are final.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our end:

• Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

• Email lushandluvlee@gmail.com with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• We’ll review your request and offer a replacement 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your order.
